Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using PashaLog (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Users of this service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Service operator regarding the use of this Service.

Article 2 (User Registration)

Those wishing to use this Service must agree to these Terms and apply for user registration through the method prescribed by our company (registration via email/password or Apple Sign In). User registration is completed when our company approves this application.

Article 3 (Account Information Management)

• Users registered via email/password must appropriately manage their passwords at their own responsibility.
• Under no circumstances may passwords be transferred or lent to third parties.
• Users registered via Apple Sign In shall follow Apple ID management.

Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment)

• The Service has free plans (Free) and paid plans (Mini, Light, Standard, Pro, Premium). The storage capacity for each plan is as follows. For monthly prices and other details, please check the purchase screen within this app or the display in each app store.
  • Free: 1GB
  • Mini: 10GB
  • Light: 20GB
  • Standard: 50GB
  • Pro: 100GB
  • Premium: 200GB
• Paid plan fees shall be paid through In-App Purchase provided by Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play). The terms of use of the respective app stores apply.
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed. To cancel renewal, please cancel from App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• The free plan (Free) provides 1GB of storage at no cost indefinitely. When storage capacity is exceeded, photo/video upload functionality will be restricted (viewing/deletion is still possible).
• When uploading to shared albums, that storage capacity is consumed from the album owner's storage capacity. When other users who joined via a group or album share link upload photos or videos, that storage is also counted against the owner's capacity (the group owner for albums linked to a group).

Article 5 (Data Storage and Management)

Users are responsible for backing up photos, videos, and other data (hereinafter "Content") uploaded to this Service at their own responsibility. Our company assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, etc. of Content. Additionally, Content may be partially restricted or deleted without notice due to cancellation of paid plans or storage capacity exceeded.

When an album is deleted, the Content linked to that album will be sequentially deleted. Invitation links are valid for 7 days from issuance and are protected by password access restrictions.

Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)

Users may not engage in the following activities when using this Service:

• Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
• Activities related to criminal acts
• Activities that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service content
• Uploading copyrighted works of others without the rights holder's permission
• Posting obscene, violent, discriminatory, or other content that causes discomfort to third parties
• Activities that destroy or interfere with our company's servers or network functions
• Activities to collect or accumulate personal information about other users
• Impersonating other users
• Unauthorized use of invitation links/passwords, or accessing albums without permission from other users
• Activities that directly or indirectly provide benefits to anti-social forces in connection with our company's services

Article 7 (Suspension of Service)

Our company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if any of the following reasons are determined:

• When performing maintenance or updates on the computer systems related to this Service
• When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
• Other cases where our company determines it is difficult to provide the Service

Article 8 (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)

Our company may restrict all or part of the Service usage or deregister the User without prior notice if the User falls under any of the following:

• When any provision of these Terms is violated
• When false information is found in registration information
• Other cases where our company determines the use of this Service is inappropriate

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

Our company shall be exempt from liability for breach of contract unless caused by our intentional or gross negligence. Our company assumes no responsibility for transactions, communications, or disputes between Users and other users or third parties regarding this Service.

Article 10 (Changes to Service Content)

Our company may change the content of this Service or discontinue providing this Service without notice to Users, and assumes no responsibility for any damages caused to Users by this.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

Our company may change these Terms at any time without notice to Users if deemed necessary. If a User starts using the Service after the Terms have been changed, that User shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Japanese law shall govern the interpretation of these Terms. In the event of any dispute regarding this Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

Article 13 (Handling of User Generated Content)

This service prohibits the posting of inappropriate content (UGC) such as images or comments posted by users. Inappropriate content includes pornography, violence, discrimination, defamation, etc.

• We reserve the right to delete inappropriate content without prior notice.
• Users can report inappropriate content or users using the reporting function. Upon receiving a report, we will confirm the content and take appropriate measures (deletion of content, suspension of user account, etc.).
• Users can hide unpleasant users using the block function.
